Our Company collects the following data:

  • Reason for requesting a counseling session when you fill out the “book a session” form.

You directly provide Restoration Counseling with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Send a request online for our services.

  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

Restoration Counseling collects your data so that we can:

  • Contact you to book a session based on your request.

  • Contact you to respond to a question sent through our online contact form

How do we store your data?

Restoration Counseling securely stores your data digitally on an encrypted cloud-based, GDPR and HIPAA-compliant electronic health records program called Jane. Data in Jane is stored in a private server bank located in a secured SOC2, Type2-certified data center, and for EU clients, all your data in Jane is stored in London, England.

Restoration Counseling will keep your contact information for the duration of our communication prior to becoming a client and once you have become a client, Restoration Counseling will store your data for 7 years following your last session with the therapist. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

Marketing

Our Company does not use marketing tools.

The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data.
